26-Join the Shift to Higher Consciousness

This episode is not just about awakening but it is about joining the bigger collective shift of humanity to higher consciousness that is underway and accelerating. I explain what is meant by higher consciousness, why it is desirable, how shifts to HC happen, and how a larger collective shift is underway. More importantly, I talk about ways of joining the shift, including some specific techniques for doing so quite simply, and some tips for being the light you are and making bigger shifts more quickly.
