65-Align Yourself with the Call of the Cosmos

Spiritual teacher Craig Hamilton is one who writes some great articles about meditating and also about the evolution of consciousness. In this episode I read another short article of his about how to align yourself with the evolutionary impulse - in other words with the evolving universe itself. One of the things he said was that "The universe IS a process of evolution." It is the nature of the universe to evolve towards ever greater complexity and ever-more fully developed consciousness and creativity based on that consciousness.
